It is frequently said that when it comes to health and disease, “all roads lead to the gut.”

I take a holistic approach to nutrition and wellness with my clients.  As an integrative & functional dietitian, I believe a personalized approach to nutrition and healing is the best way to progress toward optimal health.

When I'm not busy thinking about nutrition, I enjoy hiking, getting dirty in my garden (or not so dirty in the winter with my aeroponic garden), testing out new recipes & cookbooks, dancing with my husband and running with my dog, Bosco.

Lindsay Keeney is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist specializing in irritable bowel syndrome, digestive disorders and integrative / functional nutrition.
